Deadline for abstract submission: March 29th 2026

Abstract guidelines:

• Abstracts must be submitted online at Submit Abstract.

• Abstracts must be in English and should not exceed 500 words, including the following sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. 

• Do not use abbreviations.

After the committee's evaluation, your abstract may be selected for an Oral Presentation, a Flash Talk, or a Poster Presentation. You will be notified by email accordingly.

Oral presentation: 10 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A, slide format 4:3.

Flash talk: 3 minutes, slide format 4:3 (Q&A at the poster session).

Poster: in portrait format 90 x 120 cm (3 minutes presentation).

This year, we are offering travel grants to cover travel expenses for participants who apply. If you're interested, please fill out this form before the abstract submission deadline. Remember not to pay the registration fee until you receive confirmation of the travel grant award.

The registration fee is 65€. Payment of the fee can be made by credit card or bank transfer. All detailed information will be communicated by email after the submission of the abstract.
